New Client Bonus - T&C

1. Introduction
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Real Estate Incentive Program (the "Program") offered by Peter Gregorian. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to all clients who engage Peter Gregorian as their real estate agent, with no prior history or working relationship, for the purchase or sale of a property.
3. Incentive Structure
The Program offers incentives based on the sale price of the property, as follows:
For properties sold between $0 and $499,000, the bonus rate is 0.10% with a bonus amount of up to $499.
For properties sold between $500,000 and $750,000, the bonus rate is 0.15% with a bonus amount of up to $1,125.
For properties sold between $751,000 and $1,200,000, the bonus rate is 0.25% with a bonus amount of up to $3,000.
For properties sold between $1,201,000 and $1,500,000, the bonus rate is 0.30% with a bonus amount of up to $4,500.
For properties sold between $1,501,000 and $2,000,000, the bonus rate is 0.40% with a bonus amount of up to $8,000.
For properties sold for $2,000,000 and above, please contact us for special incentive details.
Actual incentive payments may be subject to change based on final negotiated agreement.
4. Incentive Payment
The incentive will be paid out of the commission earned by Peter Gregorian within 60 days of the completion of the transaction.
5. Program Changes and Termination
Peter Gregorian reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be posted on our website or communicated directly to the you ("The Client").
6. Limitation of Liability
Peter Gregorian is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Program.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
